AOP Côtes du Roussillon - 75cl
 60% grenache, 30% syrah, 10% carignan
 When the ardor of youth gives way to the wisdom of maturity. The wine turns out to be more tender, the tannins are patinated. It still retains a beautiful concentration, we smell the stone fruit, the garrigue, without losing this salinity and this digestible matter, so characteristic of our terroir of Fenouillèdes.
