 60% grenache, 30% syrah, 10% carignan
 When the ardor of youth gives way to the wisdom of maturity. The wine turns out to be more tender, the tannins are completely melted, we can smell the stone fruit, the garrigue, without losing this salinity and this digestible matter, so characteristic of our Fenouillèdes terroir.
