 Like tightrope walkers, we are always looking for the right balance. Sweet white wines can quickly switch to sweetness and heaviness. Le Péché, on our schist soils, is easy to digest, fresh, with even a hint of salt.
 You will appreciate it with oriental cuisine, blue cheeses, an apricot almond pie, or simply as an aperitif.
