Our gem. A rare cuvée that we do not produce every year, because we release it only when the Syrahs are exceptional. We isolate a barrel, sometimes two, in order to offer you the quintessence of our terroir. 
The 2017 is complex and begins to open up. It develops notes of black fruits, tapenade, cocoa, a hint of mint and fine woody notes. It is imperative to decant it for a long time if you want to consume it quickly. You can also forget it for 10 to 15 years in the cellar.
