With a desire to respect Nature (our beautiful Agly Valley, Vallée de l'Agly in French) and to produce in a sensible way, we are certified organic or in conversion on 100% of our vines. Care of the grapes, manual harvesting... we do our best to be as close as possible to the natural needs of our vines, and they repay us well.

Feminine touch

Nathalie Abet, with the help of our consultant oenologist Agnès Pipernot, takes care of vinifying our wines. With great finesse, she blends the different grape varieties and ages them in order to get the best out of them, and to offer you cuvées filled with their Terroir, with a beautiful minerality and a beautiful freshness due to our vines at altitude.

Vintages ready to drink

Our current vintages are already a few years old, which allows you to benefit directly from their full potential. You can also keep our bottles to open them later... and keep the treasure they contain for a few more years! Taste the best of Languedoc-Roussillon whenever you want.
